Stephen joins PSI with wealth of mobile computing experience. He was at the forefront of Microsoft and Casio's entrance to the PDA world with Windows CE. Since launching in 1996, he has seen consumer PDA's transform into the ubiquitous smartphones and rugged hand held terminals that we see today. Whilst at Casio, Stephen created a B - B, Mobile Technology Division. Stephen has also worked as a High Touch account manager with Motorola. The most highly visible of his projects was mobile ticketing with the UK's rail network. Stephen's knowledge includes working with the Aviation and Field Service markets. Did you know that he is also a qualified teacher and holds a license to sell intoxicating liquor!
Location: Stephen is a field based sales executive and can be found anywhere from Penzance to John O'Groats

Jemima Knibb
Sales Executive
Jemima joined the company in September as Sales Executive. Having worked in sales since university, previous roles have been within banking & finance, recruitment, marketing and telemarketing. She is an experienced sales team manager and has also set up her own business and now after spending 4 years in Italy, she has returned to Dorset. Jemima's commitment to customers combined with a positive and proactive outlook will help drive PSI forwards in this exciting time of development for the company. Outside of work Jemima enjoys socialising, spending time with her son and watching rugby!

Paul Cooper
Account Support
Having been at PSI over five years Paul has adopted the culture and world of the handheld industry. He started out life as an engineer, building his experience of the varying flavours of units and the inner workings and over the years he developed a few internal systems to help and ease the process in the workshop. About two years ago he moved across to a sales support role in which he not only put his knowledge to work for opportunity viability but also again helped with internal system development with the other people in the department to further improve our processes and marketing. Paul enjoys coding in his spare time along with rock climbing and canoeing.

James Newman
Account Support
James joined PSI in June 2010 as an engineer helping to maintain a vast variety of units from our VARS and their customers. Using the technical knowledge he gained from this and from his Computer Systems and Networks BSC Honours course at the University of Plymouth, he quickly worked his way into the role of Sales Support. He is now on hand to assist both internal and external customers with a huge variety of tasks ranging from marketing to technical support. He loves nothing more than socialising with his friends and playing the latest computer games.

Jo DeHavilland
Office Manager
Jo was appointed as Office Manager in April 2011. Jo's wealth of experience in the office environment within a myriad of industries spans over 20 years. From humble office clerk beginnings, she has expanded her skills which include managing customer service teams, desktop publishing, working directly with management, executing time and motion studies and sales/sales administration to name a few. Her efficiencies and her strong ethos of getting things done was recognised by PSI at a very early stage and her fresh approach to office management is making noticeable differences not only to her staff, but also to her customers. She is a keen drummer and loves exercising her purple Corrado VR6 ‘94 plate!
