Q. What happens if a mobile data terminal stops working or is damaged?

A. You call our mobile data helpdesk. The faulty unit is swapped out with a hot swap replacement via next-day courier.

Q. What happens if a unit is lost or stolen?

A. You will be required to purchase a replacement unit at the price stipulated in the contract. Alternatively, a £9.50 per unit per month insurance charge will ensure that the lost / stolen unit is simply replaced from the hot swap pool.

Q. Are financial health checks, bank references or director guarantees required?

A. No. Just pay and rent.

Q. How long do I have to rent for?

A. All contracts are subject to a 12 month minimum term.
