We offer 3 - 5 day back to base maintenance and repair contracts, as well as managed, next day hot swap-outs. We can also minimise downtime with our on-site 4 or 8 hour RF support.
Contract or "pay as you go" repairs
In addition to next day, 3-day and 5-day maintenance contracts we can repair equipment on a pay-as-you-go basis avoiding the need for a maintenance contract. Alternatively we can tailor a package that combines the relevant maintenance features and pricing levels you choose to suit your business needs.
Penalty backed performance clauses
We are so confident in our ability to deliver a first class maintenance solution that all our maintenance contracts, regardless of quantity or age of the equipment, have a financial penalty clause whereby we pay you if we miss the agreed repair time on each and every repair.
Support and logistics tailored to your needs
All our service and support solutions are managed using our own in-house developed support and logistics system. This was specifically developed to allow us to provide our partners the high level of personal service without compromising the disciplined procedures necessary for delivering a consistent, accurate and quality service. As part of this system our partners have access to a realtime service portal to track the detailed status of any individual device within PSI.
Proactive Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
We are proud to be one of the very few service providers who instinctively believe in and genuinely execute PPM. Why accept downtime when it is often not necessary?
We analyse your repairs and using this data we then identify and execute PPM strategies – again increasing uptime.

We will cycle and / or replace your rechargeable batteries as necessary – leaving you to enjoy optimum uptime without the hassle factor.
Partners' staff training service:
